At Enjoli.co, we’re committed to offering exceptional quality and a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy to ensure you feel confident and cared for, every step of the way.
📦 Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for size exchanges in the form of store credit via a digital Enjoli.co gift card.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All tags must remain attached, and the item must be in original packaging.

A sales receipt or invoice must be included in the return package.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
❗ Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or store credit.

For hygienic and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

🛠️ How to Return an Item

Visit our Return Portal to begin the return process.

Pack your item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Include the packing slip or return invoice generated by the Return Portal.

Clearly indicate which item(s) you are returning for a size exchange/store credit.
Note: Enjoli.co does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. You may use any shipping provider of your choice. We recommend a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
💳 Refund & Store Credit Details

Refunds are issued as digital Enjoli.co gift cards — valid for 5 years from the issue date.

Gift cards are delivered via email and can be used immediately online or in-store.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after arriving at our Fulfillment Center.

Shipping fees and service charges (e.g., Surify) are non-refundable.

🚫 Return Abuse & Policy Enforcement
To protect our customers and brand integrity, Enjoli.co reserves the right to refuse returns or future service if we detect:

Excessive or suspicious return patterns (i.e. “wardrobing”)

Evidence of worn, altered, or damaged returns

Fraudulent activity or policy misuse
Non-Enjoli.co items received in return packages will be disposed of immediately and are not eligible for return or recovery.
