  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take slightly longer—but we promise we’re working hard to get your order out as fast as possible!

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime using the link provided in the email.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update the address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately.

Once shipped, Enjoli.co is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Enjoli.co is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos and order details at info@enjoli.co so we can help resolve the issue.
